FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Studio Goun is by appointment only. Please start a consultation through one of the channels below.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?
You must be at least 18 years of age. We check a photo ID on the day, so please bring your passport or another official document. There are no exceptions.
HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?
The price follows the size, the level of detail and where on the body it goes. The same design takes a different amount of time on a different placement, which is why there is no fixed list. A range is given during the consultation, before anything is booked.
HOW CAN I GET A PRICE QUOTE?
The surest way is a free consultation. If you cannot come in person, send the details by message. Once we know the subject, the size, the placement and how much detail you want, we can give you a range straight away.
CAN I WALK IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
No — the studio runs on bookings only. Message first, and once the basic consultation is done your slot can be reserved.
DOES IT HURT?
There is pain, but it is usually manageable. How much you feel depends a great deal on the placement, and we take breaks as we go. Say so at any point and we stop.
HOW LONG DOES A TATTOO TAKE TO HEAL?
The surface settles in about two weeks, but the skin underneath keeps rebuilding for a few months, so give the tattoo that long before judging the final look.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TATTOO?
You are given our aftercare guide when the session ends. If anything comes up later, message us any time.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash, card and bank transfer are accepted.
DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT IF I DECIDE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes. The deposit confirms your booking and is deducted from the final price on the day. It is not refunded or transferred if the booking is cancelled.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TATTOO?
Eat properly and drink water before you come. Sitting for a tattoo on an empty stomach after a long day of walking is the classic way to feel faint — if you do get woozy, something sweet brings you back, so let us know right away.
Go easy the night before: alcohol keeps the blood thin for about a day, which means more bleeding, diluted pigment and slower healing. Beyond that, come rested and relaxed — you are in careful hands.
